TERMS OF SALE
A placement of an order with Aquatic Plants of Florida, either verbally or by written purchase
order, constitutes buyer’s acceptance of, and agreement with all terms and conditions stated herein.

1. Terms of Payment - Cash, Check or Money Order or Credit Card must accompany ALL orders placed for new accounts.
2. Credit Terms -  NET is 15 days for established accounts.  No shipments will be made to accounts with outstanding balances due over thirty (30) days.
3. Finance Charge - A 2% monthly finance charge will be added to any balance unpaid after 15 days.
4. Unpaid Balances - Accounts with an unpaid balance of over 30 days will not be allowed to charge any further orders until the entire balance is paid in full.

SHIPPING POLICY
1. The prices listed are FOB our farm in Myakka City, Florida
2. Minimum order is 1000 pieces total for wholesale price.
3. Orders shipped at customer request will be shipped via UPS – CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY ALL CHARGES

We are pleased to contract grow any plants to fulfill your needs.  A deposit of 30% is required in advance.
